How to Play Badminton
Don't know how to play badminton or played a few times but want to learn more? Over here i will share with you some of the fundamentals of how to play badminton.
As we all know, badminton is a comprehensive sport that encompasses many aspects, agility, technique, speed, power, strategy, flexibility and the list goes on... (Well you get my point) Basically there’s just so many things you can do that often people get overwhelmed!
So what I did here is I broke them down in a couple of sections for you, namely the technique, and the rules of the sport.
Badminton Technique
What you need to know about the various movements to get your game going! Over here you’ll learn about all the different techniques (also known as strokes).

It’s ESSENTIAL you know about the variety of strokes, get an idea what are they for than to get stuck with one and limit the potential of your game!
Remember! ‘ Begin with the End in Mind!’

Remember! If you are really keen in learning the way of badminton,
